Written by: Michael Fedeli - Mar 13, 2010 Lots of reasons! Tier one T1 Service providers are well established companies that cover large areas of America. These companies are often backed by larger telecommunications providers, for example you may not be familiar with "ACC Business" but it is actually the Business T1 arm of AT&T. Other Tier one providers include Broadwing, MCI, US LEC, UCN, Network Innovations, Qwest, Megapath and a half a dozen others. These are not "Mom and Pop" operations that may go out of business next month! These are companies dedicated to providing you with the best possible T1 circuit. If your T1 line ever "goes down" they probably know it before you do and they are working on it. |
